The Art of Reading Body Language Course
In conjunction with Reisen Safety Training and Staff Development, we offer this professional development course called, "The Art of Reading Body Language." This one-day course teaches participants how to recognize non-verbal communication, establishing the NORM in body language for an individual, and recognizing blocking behavior and pacifying behavior patterns.
This one-day course equips you to diagnose, identify, and recognize truth or deception in body language, which is particularly valuable for business professionals, fire investigators and law enforcement officials.

LODD INVESTIGATION COURSE
We offer a 1-day course to organizations wanting to learn how and why to conduct a serious injury and line-of-duty death (LODD) investigation of a firefighter. This LODD investigation training covers the laws surrounding spoliation of evidence, firefighter negligence, the development of a LODD team, effective investigation methods, team protocols, evidence collection and report writing. Additionally, the course includes a review of the U.S. Firefighter Autopsy Protocols and how that plays a part in firefighter benefits.
FILICIDE BY FIRE CONSULTANTS
Investigators are seeing an increase in this type of fire in the United States. Filicide by Fire is a premeditated deliberately set fire to murder children which is performed by one of the parents or caregivers. Mr. Reisen has conducting research on this type of arson fires since 1998. This type of homicide is performed by a single parent to remove a perceived obstacle or to get rid of a nuisance (child). By observing evidence at the fire scene, interviews with the parent(s), family members, child protective agencies, school officials and neighbors we can hold people accountable for this type of crime.
